Tampines Offers Two BTO Projects with Flats Starting from $197,000

Tampines Nova, classified as a Plus project due to its superior locational attributes, offers 2-room Flexi flats from $197,000 and 4-room flats from $459,000. After EHG, eligible buyers can secure units from as low as $77,000 for 2-room Flexi flats and $404,000 for 4-room units. However, as a Plus project, it comes with a 6% subsidy recovery upon resale after the 10-year MOP.
Both projects include pre-installed floor finishes, internal doors, and sanitary fittings. Nearby resale flats in Tampines have been transacting between $530,000 to $828,000 depending on flat type, indicating substantial discounts for BTO buyers.
First-timer families earning $7,000 monthly can afford either 3-room or 4-room flats in both projects using CPF contributions with minimal cash required. Singles earning $3,500 monthly are also eligible for the 2-room Flexi units at Tampines Nova.
