Upcoming BTO Launch - February 2026

In the next Build-To-Order exercise to be held in February 2026, HDB will launch about 4,600 flats in Bukit Merah, Sembawang, Tampines, and Toa Payoh
What's Available:
- Approximately 4,600 new BTO flats across 4 locations: Bukit Merah, Sembawang, Tampines, and Toa Payoh
- Approximately 3,000 balance flats also available in a concurrent sale
Important Requirements: To apply for a flat, you must have a valid HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter.
Action Required: If you're planning to apply in the February 2026 exercise, submit your HFE application and all required documents by 15 December 2025. Applying early ensures you're ready when the sales launch opens.
