The latest launch covers eight towns across the island—Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Jurong East, Sengkang, Toa Payoh, and Yishun—bringing fresh housing options to multiple established and growing neighborhoods.
New Estates Make Their Debut
Two new estates will see their inaugural BTO launches: Mount Pleasant in Toa Payoh, featuring 1,348 units, and Berlayar in Bukit Merah, offering 880 units. These additions expand housing availability in mature estates traditionally prized for their central locations.
Additionally, Sengkang's Fernvale Plains will host Singapore's fifth Community Care Apartment (CCA) project, comprising 207 specially designed units for seniors and their families.
2025 Supply Exceeds Targets
With this launch, HDB has released a total of 29,975 new flats in 2025, including 19,723 BTO units and 10,252 flats through Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercises.
Cumulatively, the BTO supply from 2021 to 2025 now stands at approximately 102,400 flats—surpassing the government's initial commitment of 100,000 units over the five-year period.
Options for Every Budget and Timeline
The October exercise offers diverse flat configurations ranging from 2-room Flexi to 3-Generation (3Gen) units, catering to various household sizes and budgets.
Homebuyers seeking quicker move-in dates can opt for Shorter Waiting Time (SWT) flats, with 3,294 units available at Ping Yi Court, Fernvale Plains, Yishun Glade, and Chencharu Grove. These flats, which comprise over one-third of the total offering, have completion timelines of under three years.
The project mix includes five Standard developments, one Plus project, and four Prime location projects, providing options across different price points and estate maturity levels.
